Unit IT2 is a coursework task based on 'Presenting Information'. It is worth 20% of the final grade (40% if you are only doing AS ICT). IT2 is assessed via internally assessed coursework which needs to be submitted by February 1/2 term in year 12. The test involves planning, designing, producing and evaluating 3 tasks: Task 1 - Desktop Publishing - a newsletter or leaflet created in Publisher. You must design and produce a document of at least 2 A4 sides and containing at least 150 words. Task 3 - Presentation - a presentation to an audience (web site or slide show) created with Dreamweaver or Powerpoint. The presentation must contain at least 6 slides or web pages. |
